Which cookies and browser storage Emercom sets, why, for how long, and how to change your choice.
Who this covers
This policy covers every host Emercom operates: www.emercom.io, dashboard.emercom.io, tools.emercom.io, status.emercom.io, and the customer status-page domains Emercom hosts on their behalf.
What we use cookies and browser storage for
Some cookies keep the site working: signing in, protecting forms, remembering a language or timezone. Others measure how the site is used, measure whether an ad brought you here, record a session to find and fix problems, or run the support chat. The essential ones are always on. Umami, our own cookieless page-view counter, is on by default and has its own switch under Cookie settings. The rest are on only if you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time.

How to change your choice
Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any Emercom page. If you are signed in, the Cookie settings section of your profile shows the same choice. Your decision is stored in the ec_consent cookie and, once you are signed in, on your account. Clearing your cookies brings the card back.
Who receives data
Google LLC receives cookieless pings from the Google tag on www.emercom.io and the dashboard, and full Google Analytics and Google Ads data only after you allow them. OpenReplay, Umami and Chatwoot run on servers operated by Emercom, so no third party receives that data. Fonts are served by Bunny Fonts (bunny.net). Stripe receives card details when you add a payment method.
